PPK365 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of ppk365.win (referred to throughout as "PPK365", "the platform" or "the site"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of PPK365 including players who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, VIP members and anyone accessing the platform via the PPK365 mobile app. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms.

PPK365 may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

To place bets, access casino games or make deposits on PPK365, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register. PPK365 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. If we have reason to believe an account is held by someone under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification and any funds may be withheld.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one PPK365 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same household — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Identity verification: PPK365 may request identity documents at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard process to protect our users and the integrity of the platform.
• Account ownership: Your PPK365 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell or share access to your account with any other person.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PPK365 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone. PPK365 staff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a layer of verification that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• PPK365 is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details with another person or failing to keep your credentials secure.
• Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by someone who accessed your account due to your negligence — is your responsibility.

4. Deposits

PPK365 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• Raast (Pakistan's instant payment system)
• Bank Transfer (domestic Pakistani bank accounts)
• Mobile wallets and debit/credit cards where available

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your PPK365 balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. PPK365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must be registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the account dashboard at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. PPK365 does not send funds to third-party accounts.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This typically requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID. PPK365 may request additional documentation for larger withdrawals.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed. Real-money funds deposited without an active bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time subject to verification.
• PPK365 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• PPK365 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete verification or potential breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PPK365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution rates will be clearly stated with each bonus offer.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within a specified time period if the wagering requirement is not met. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on an account at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse and exploitation: Attempting to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts or withdrawing before wagering requirements are met — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Eligibility: PPK365 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus and to decline or withdraw a bonus offer at any time if misuse is suspected.

7. Betting Rules

The PPK365 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 international fixtures, football, esports and more than 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once PPK365 has accepted it and a confirmation is displayed. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to the confirmed bet, subject to PPK365's acceptance. Live in-play odds may shift between your selection and confirmation — if odds change significantly, you may be prompted to accept the new odds.
• Abandoned or suspended events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been officially declared. Specific rules apply to cricket matches affected by weather and are detailed in the cricket betting market rules.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are set per sport and per bet type and are visible in the sportsbook.
• Errors in odds: PPK365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet: Minimum stake amounts vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

8. Casino & Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles available on PPK365 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. All games are sourced from established software providers and each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is available in the individual game information panel.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game software at the time of the spin or hand and are final once the round completes.
• In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side result once connection is restored. The result may not be visible immediately but it will be final.
• PPK365 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during gameplay.
• Maximum win caps apply to certain slot titles. These are stated in the individual game's paytable and information section.
• The Buy Bonus feature available on selected slots requires a premium stake and falls within normal gameplay. It is subject to the same bet limits and bonus wagering contribution rules as standard spins.

9. VIP Programme

The PPK365 VIP loyalty programme is open to all registered players. Points accumulate on real-money wagers across sports betting, casino games and slot play. The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

• Point earn rates differ by game category and tier. Current earn rates are displayed on the VIP page.
• VIP tier status is calculated based on points earned within a qualifying period. Tier levels may be reviewed periodically and adjusted based on ongoing activity.
• Benefits including cashback, withdrawal priority and exclusive offers are made available at qualifying tiers and are subject to their own terms which will be communicated when the benefit is awarded.
• PPK365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• VIP points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly — they are used to determine tier level and eligibility for tier-specific benefits.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PPK365. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may involve the forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets or access the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform software or odds display.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a profit at the expense of the platform (arbitrage abuse or bonus hunting collusion).
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts, including under different names or with different payment methods, to circumvent account limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered through PPK365.

11. Account Closure

You may close your PPK365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

PPK365 may close or suspend an account at its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be made dormant. Any remaining balance will be preserved and accessible upon re-activation after verification.
• Self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

12. Privacy & Data

By registering on PPK365 you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and PPK365 and should be read alongside these Terms.
